Cancelation policy:
In order to respect our time and others. We ask if you need to cancel your appointment to please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. If appointment is canceled after the stated period, we will charge 100% of the appointment amount on the card we have on file for you. It is required to have a card on file before any service booked with Eunoia Esthetics. If there is an emergency, know that the charged amount will be refunded in full. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping Policy:
After selecting your new skincare essentials, Eunoia Esthetics carefully packages them and gets them ready to be shipped to you. For orders under $150, we ask for the shipping costs be covered. If your order is over $150, the shipping is on us!! We do ask for 5-7 business days for you products to be sent to you from your date of order purchased.

Return Policy:
All sales are final, and Eunoia Esthetics typically does not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased from Eunoia Esthetics. The only exception for a return or exchange is in the case of an allergic reaction to a product purchased from Eunoia Esthetics. Allergic reaction-related return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase and you must provide photo documentation.
